Dialogic Over Lan

Hello,

We plan to use 32 analog lines over call center using common dialogic board on one machine. I have bought and installed a 16 line board for it. I have installed dialogic SRS 5.1xx over tha Lan on all machines.

 

But what I want to do is, access the 16 port board from a remote pc. The plan is to use one line on each of the machines, so that each of the calling agents/operator can run the dialogic applications from their machine.

 

I've tried it lot of times but failed to connect, the error I am receiving is as follows:

 

The RPC server is unavailiable.

Computer V is not availiable.

 

I am sure that RPC server on the other pc is running fine.

 

Any ideas?

Sounds more of a question of how Dialogic drivers can be used, rather then a VoiceGuide related question...

 

You should contact the local Dialogic reseller from whom you've purchased to card to resolve Dialogic driver level issues.
