Guest Guest_sameer patil Report post Posted 08/22/2005 06:43 AM Hello, We plan to use 32 analog lines over call center using common dialogic board on one machine. I have bought and installed a 16 line board for it. I have installed dialogic SRS 5.1xx over tha Lan on all machines. But what I want to do is, access the 16 port board from a remote pc. The plan is to use one line on each of the machines, so that each of the calling agents/operator can run the dialogic applications from their machine. I've tried it lot of times but failed to connect, the error I am receiving is as follows: The RPC server is unavailiable. Computer V is not availiable. I am sure that RPC server on the other pc is running fine. Any ideas? Thanks sameer Share this post Link to post

You should contact the local Dialogic reseller from whom you've purchased to card to resolve Dialogic driver level issues. Share this post Link to post
