Guest Jon Report post Posted 06/06/2003 03:00 PM I'm using VG 4.9.0 with a Dialogic D/42-NS and a Norstar Meridian 616. All drivers and software has been installed per Dialogic specs, and I'm successfully using the board with other IVR software on the same hardware. I created a mailbox (0001) and assigned the "Voice Mail Server" script (listed below) to the first Dialogic line. I place a test call and get the voice mail "Welcome" prompt. Pressing "*" does nothing. Entering "0001#" gives me the message "This voice mailbox does not exist." What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance Version=4.3 StartModule=Welcome [Welcome] Type=Get Numbers Txt=Welcome to the VoiceGuide voicemail system. Please enter the 4 digit voicemail box number for which you want to leave the message, or press the star key to retrieve voicemail. SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/07/2003 12:40 AM Sounds like this is linked to the issue you reported soon afterwards: http://katalinatech.com/forums/index.php?a...ct=ST&f=2&t=315 Once that is resolved and the keypresses are correctly recognized then you will be able to key in the mailbox number properly...
