Are you referrig to a popup before the call is transferred to the corresponding extension?

Actually, I meant as soon as the phone rings so any user can see who's calling. We use VoiceGuide either when we don't have anyone in the office, or if whoever is answering the phone can't catch the call.

You would use the same approach as outlined above - have the script start without answering the call and as the first module send out the popup messages with the CallerID information to selected computers.
