The connection accrue and the message to accept the call will play without any problem, then the path goes to module to take track of conversation time. The other party phone ring and h/she will press 1 to accept the call, but unfortunate two party can not hear each other. I can not thing of any reason why two parties can not hear each other. SupportTeam Report post Posted 08/29/2005 06:00 AM Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what happened. When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call. You can enable the automatic saving of the logs to files in \log\ directory as well. Share this post Link to post
