4 Lines - 4 Businesses ?

Recommended Posts

If I buy a dialogic card and VoiceGuide software. Suppose I have 4 external phone lines - one for each business and connect 4 phone jacks to Dialogic card.

Can I set up completely customised scripts per incoming line ?. That is each business gets completely separate processing ?.

Yes. Each line can have a different script set as it's default script which it will run upon answering the call.

If the system will run a number of different scripts then you may want to set it it up to determine which script is executed depending on the number the caller has dialed (DNIS number).

OK. Thank you for prompt response. Figured that was the likely answer, but seeing you have no 'FAQs for non-techie business users...'. Your FAQ is a bit contrived. Also your modules bit is kind of confusing. For example stil have no idea what the 'maximum 30 modules' of one of your licensing options actually means. Plus the module names on your main site do not tie in with the module names in your vg.chm file. Simple things like that. Help people to understand how your product can be used, not what it is. For example, if you want X, then you need module Y.

It mans that you can only use 30 modules in the script - a 'module' is one of the rectangular boxes you see in the script designer when you create the script.

Plus the module names on your main site do not tie in with the module names in your vg.chm file.

Can you give us some examples where you encountered ambiguities?
