yair Report post Posted 09/01/2005 02:14 PM Hi, I have a proble I am using Intel® 536EP V.92 Modem Now I don't really know what the problem for some reason it hangs up after the 3rd model i inserted and sometimes it even hangs up after the 2nd model ... SupportTeam Report post Posted 09/02/2005 01:04 AM Many modems mistake one tone for another - it is possible that this modem thinks it is hearing the disconnect tone when # is pressed... Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what happened. When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call. You can enable the automatic saving of the logs to files in \log\ directory as well. Share this post Link to post
