Guest dersanli Report post Posted 09/07/2005 12:59 PM We'll be using TalkVoice 8LV/PCI board. This is not on the recommended hardware list but until now, it performed fine. By the way I have updated the ethernet drivers of the server. Now I am getting a "normal" USI. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 09/07/2005 10:50 PM The main limitation of using TalkVoice cards is that they cannot tell if an outgoing call has been answered by a human, or by an answering machine. Then again the Dialogic cards are not always very reliable in correctly detecting that either... Share this post Link to post
