vinesh Report post Posted 09/25/2005 05:09 AM Hi there, well "monitoring" as in if for some reason voiceguide crashes or if there are any vbscript errors that might suddenly appear. At the moment each day I have to physically go to the computer to see if everything is running, etc... Is there a way to email me if an error occurs at script level, I understand that monitoring the voiceguide application would be difficult but if I could monitor script errors that would be very helpful? thanks Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 09/25/2005 07:19 AM If there is an error with VBScript then you should have a Timeout path in VoiceGuide's VBScript module and set its value to the appropriate amount of seconds - then point that path to say an "Send Email" module - and that way VoiceGuide will send you an email if the VBScript takes more time to complete then specified in the Timeout path. You refer to VoiceGuide itself crashing - does this happen on your system? What sort of errors do you see when that happens? Can you post a screenshot of these errors along with information of which version of VoiceGuide you are using etc. Share this post Link to post
