Vgeventcatcher Doesn't Work

Hi there,

 

I have been move to VG for dialogic, everthing on my system works fine but sample program u provide (vgeventcatcher) doesn't work at all, there is no event have catch by this program

Have you tried recompiling the sample program?

 

Opening the VgEventsCatcher sample project and deselect and then select again the VoiceGuide COM interface reference. it is possible that you may have multiple registrations of the COM interface o your system and the sample program is picking up the wrong one. You may need to recompile the sample program to get it to work.

 

You may also want to go though the registry and clean out any CLSID references to VG COM interface and then restart VoiceGuide once in order for it to self-register those interfaces - in the registry look for these entries:

 

VoiceGuide.IVoiceGuideEventNotify

VoiceGuide.CommandLink

I follow your instruction but still doesn't work, i tried to change back to vg 5.2.300 and its work, but I still want to upgrade to VG4Dialogic, since my application relied on VG event so pls give me another solution.
