Cannot Bridge Fax Calls After Upgrade

I used to use VG to bridge fax calls (my users want the flexibility to re-direct to different machines without the need to advise new numbers to users).

 

That used to work nicely in previous ISDN version, but failed to work upon upgrade to the new ISDN version 2092.

 

Please advise how to make this work again!

Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what happened.

 

When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call. You can enable the automatic saving of the logs to files in \log\ directory as well.

Here's the log files -- I've just made a single call to the log.

 

The script is a simple one with a Transfer module that i selected 'Dialout and Conference - Blind' for my T1 ISDN system.

 

As I recall, the same script worked previously in an earlier version before upgrade (I'm not sure but probably it was version 2062).

 

Thanks for investing. Hope to get this fixed because my users have been 'blacked out' for many days since the upgrade.

Trace shows that you are using v6.0.2053 :

but it then soon hung up due to a bug in VG:
