Dialogic Version 6

Has anyone sucessfully managed to use VoiceGuide with Dialogics release v6? I have installed Voiceguide together with patch 6 for Dialogic and when I load the Voiceguide application it tells me that I need to configure the TAPI. However, Dialogic v6 does not use TAPI or WAVE.

 

Any ideas.

VoiceGuide v6 does not use TAPI. Can you post a screenshot of the message you are seeing?

Yes, I found out that it doens't use TAPI or WAVE. I've since sorted the problem by downloading and installing the patch VoiceGuide for Dialogic from the website.
