No. Is there anyway when we manually answer the phone that voice guide to not answer? No. You need a PBX with "call divert on no answer" feature to be able to do something like this. Is there anyway that we can use an analog phone to record voice If you dial into the system. Share this post Link to post
Guest Dan Schramm Report post Posted 10/22/2005 10:09 PM If you can find one, you can use a Dialogic Promptmaster Telephone. It has a power supply and ring button so you can ring the voice mail board and it will answer. The phone also has jacks for a microphone, etc. so you can use a better mic than what the phone offers, although the telephone microphone is very good and better than a standard telephone. Check used Dialogic houses, eBay, etc. Share this post Link to post
