Say Numbers Works Only Once Per Session

Hi,

 

I am running the latest release of your evaluation version with a Dialogic D/4PCIUF and SR 5.1.1 Service Pack 1 / D4PCIU patch.

 

Say numbers will only work on the first call received. The system creates a .vox file for every digit spoken. On subsequent calls, say numbers is invoked, but the numbers are not actually spoken. After restarting VG, the say numbers will speak each digit, but again only on the first call received. After that they are not spoken again until VG is shutdown and restarted, etc.

 

Log file is attached.

 

Otherwise great software. I am anxious to deploy.

Which version are you using?

 

We've just tested with unregistered versions of VG and it worked fine.

 

Please post MMDDvgm.txt and MMDDtw.txt files showing entire logs from the start of running till problem occurs.

I have just upgraded to VG 6.0.2214 and the functionality is MUCH more reliable.
