Guest amitginotra Report post Posted 09/17/2005 01:37 AM this is a business application where in all the users normally interact on weekends. okay which card will i need to used for 240 lines. I think this is what VoiceGuide Enterprise can support maximum? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 09/17/2005 01:58 AM To support 240 simultaneous call you will need to use two DMV1200B cards. Each DMV1200B card can support four E1/T1 lines and eight E1 lines will give you 240 channels (E1 line has 30 channels). If you are using T1 lines then you will need an additional DMV600B card - which can support two E1/T1 lines. That way you will have a total of ten T1 lines attached to the system (each T1 line can support 24 channels) Will any of the callers have to speak to one another, or will they interact with the IVR system only? You may want to contact sales@voiceGude.com for a price on a bundle of the cards and the software - I think we have some pretty attractive deals on these bundles. Share this post Link to post
Guest amitginotra Report post Posted 09/17/2005 03:43 PM i will also need a feature, wherein the caller can be redirected to a support executive. is this possible with voiceguide? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 09/18/2005 12:42 AM Yes, just use the Call Transfer module within the script. Please see: http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/html/modXfer.htm Share this post Link to post
