SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/09/2003 06:42 AM Lets go through the checklist: 1. Can you attach a normal telephone to the line - when you call that number does the phone ring? 2. Can you dial into the modem when VoiceGuide is not running and see if modem answers and plays the data tones/squeals... 3. When you view VoiceGuide's Debug Printout when an incoming call arrives are there any message displayed in it? (When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call.) If there is something showing up in the log please post it here and we can have a look at it. Share this post Link to post
