Hi. I am using Telephone Number Loader to broadcast messages in my community. I have set up a range of numbers to call. VG does it's job perfectly except 1 thing. I dials the #s that are not listed in OutDial_Contacted_Human.txt or OutDial_Contacted_AM.txt (numbers that were not reached previously).

 

I want VG to try calling each number only once. It the phone-number is not answering for whatever reason, I want VG just to continue and never go back to that dead phone number.

 

Any tips will be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Set the "Call Retries" setting to 0.
