Voiceguide And Windows Terminal Server

We have VoiceGuide running on a pc in a server room. For convenience I would like to be able to write and test scripts from my desk, connecting to the VG pc using Windows Terminal Server.

 

If I do that VG briefly answers the call, before hanging up the line. On the next call the line state is shown as "Wave driver not installed" and I have to reboot the system before VG will answer calls again.

 

We are using an Intel Dialogic card.

 

Any thoughts?

Best to switch to using "VoiceGuide for Dialogic".

 

Windows Terminal Server messes up the wave drivers on system and VG v5.x uses Wave drivers...
