Application Error In Event Viewer

Within the Event Viewer I have the following error listed many times

 

Faulting application VgMulti.exe, version 6.0.0.2201, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x0368f49d.

 

Voiceguide appears to be working.

 

Any ideas on why I receive the error?
