Data Execution Prevention Error (dep)

This morning I had an error that DEP had closed Voiceguide. Is there an update available that enables Voiceguide to work with DEP.

 

I have not received the error before - I restarted the computer and Voiceguide seems to working correctly.

 

I am using Voiceguide for Dialogic.

We have never seen this before.

 

Which version of Windows and Dialogic SR drivers are you running?

 

Was any more information supplied with the error message?

 

 

 

You can turn off DEP completely by changing the

/NoExecute=OptIn

to

/NoExecute=AlwaysOff

in the file boot.ini (probably in c:, Right-click > Properties to remove

read-only attribute)
