Brett Report post Posted 09/26/2005 05:29 AM Client is having problems with a Dialogic D/4PCI card. On one particular line/port the card will not answer. The incoming call is answered by Voiceguide (and tested with TAPI sample program) but caller only hears ringing tone. ie. call is not answered. Tried on different extensions but same problem. ie. that particular port on the card has the problem Is the card broken? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 09/26/2005 06:44 AM Looks like that port on the card is faulty. If the card is still under warranty you should send it away for repair. Either way sounds like you should contact the Dialogic reseller from where the card was purchased and find out what repair/replace options they offer. Share this post Link to post
