Loadlibrary("kttelcontrol.ocx") Failed

All the sudden when I run the vg I get error 339 as follow:

I get Run - time error 339

Component 'kttelc~2.ocx or one of its dependencies not correctly register invalid.

 

I have followed the readme file in VG for dialogic download and again copy ktTelControl.ocx, MsComm32.ocx and libexpat.dll in Windows' \System32\ subdirectory

 

Run the

regsvr32 -u tapiwrap.ocx

regsvr32 ktTelControl.ocx

regsvr32 MsComm32.ocx

but when I run the regsvr32 ktTelControl.ocx it gave me following error.:

 

loadLibrary("ktTelControl.ocx") failed - The specified module could not be found a file is missing.

 

I have restore system reg to yesterday, and try to copy all the exe file in voice guide directory. Since I have made a major change in config file and configline I didn’t not overwrite these files.

 

Would you please let me know how can I over come this problem?

Did you install any new software immediately before you started getting this error?

 

Sounds like it would be best to just do a complete reinstall...
