Whn retrieving messages the prompts are in error. "You have 65.27 91 252 the sound file specified was not found new messages and...". I am able to retrieve messages.

I don't know why this happens but it does this on each vm box. I will attempt to attach the trace log file. Any help is welcome.

The trace starts just a few lines too late - info on why this is spoken is just a bit higher up the trace...

 

It does look though like the voicemail script was altered to play these error messages.

 

It's probably best to first re-install VoiceGuide and then if it is still happening please post the trace capturing the entire call.
