I am able to retrieve messages. I don't know why this happens but it does this on each vm box. I will attempt to attach the trace log file. Any help is welcome. Thanks. SupportTeam Report post Posted 09/29/2005 12:33 AM The trace starts just a few lines too late - info on why this is spoken is just a bit higher up the trace... It does look though like the voicemail script was altered to play these error messages. It's probably best to first re-install VoiceGuide and then if it is still happening please post the trace capturing the entire call. Share this post Link to post
