Dialogic Inconsistancy

We are atttempting to dial out, sometimes the script executes before the telephone has answered. When we have this early answer, the live person script runs. The phone is still ringing when our outbound message is playing. Enclosed are two traces the first worked the second failed. Same phone number minutes apart.

 

Using a dialogic d4/pciu version SR5.1.1 DNA5 build 30 Service pack 1 with the pciu update.

 

Voice guide version 6.0.2277

In the second trace the call was connected as the Dialogic card informed VoiceGuide that on the outgoing call it has never detected any Ringbacks:

You may want to modify the Ringback tone definitions in ConfigLine.xml file to better match the ringbacks played on the line when the number is dialed.

 

(digital T1 ISDN lines do not have such problems)
