Sql Server And Small Project

Hello

 

I have 4 phone lines (800) with Panasonic PBX central . I have big clients database in SQL server .. I want to build a telephony system for vaild clients only. This the digram of my system.

 

- caller hear voice message to enter there ID number

- system check client ID and ask for password.

- if its valid clients and have not expir account transfare him to non-busy help support team.

- if not valid clients play voice and close line.

 

both user ID and password are sotred with SQL server.

 

I hope above digram is clear and you have a soultion for me.
