Hi !

 

We have bought several months ago Voice Guide Version 5.2.3063 Enterprise, VG Dialerm Single Line.

 

We would like to use VGDialer to inbound call to a call to a mobile phone.

 

Do we have the right version to do it? Do i need to install a 2 lines version of Voice Guide?

 

What do I need to do to get this work?

If your phone line supports 'hookflash transfers' or '3-way conferenceing' then you do not need a second line.

 

If you want to call the mobile using 'Dial and Conference' then you will need a second line.

Speak with your phone company and ask them is your line does or not support this feature. If it does then ask your phone company for directions on how to use this feature...
