And ability to use VBScripts within VoiceGuide scripts allows you to easily use Web Services and other remote data sources without the added complexity of having to set up a web server for VXML scripts... Our opinion is that it is a lot easier and quicker to develop scripts and deploy systems using this approach then to use VXML type systems. It is also a lot easier to see what happened if things ever don’t go as expected... Share this post Link to post
