Vg Hangs Up To Every Calls

Hello,

 

I'm testing the trial version and receive an error message when trying to play any sound file:

MMSYSERR_BADDEVICEID

 

This is very stange as other programs (like SuperVoice) work great and play wav file correctly. I've also test different wav sampling rate with no success.

 

Any idea ?

Supervoice takes over control of the COM port and talks directly to the modem (like the older VoiceGuide v2.9 used to do - you can still download v2.9 from our WWW downloads page).

 

VoiceGuide v4 uses the modem's TAPI and Wave drivers.

 

It looks like your modem's Wave drivers have not been installed- you need to have them installed before using VoiceGuide...
