Can I Send Dtmf Out While Connected To Someone

hi,

 

i am wondering if i can use voiceguide to call into a partsfinder service IVR, and navigate through their menus, then retrieve the data it gives me.

 

sounds backwards i know, but would actually be very practical for me.

 

so, instead of having voiceguide play wavefiles, can i have it emit dtmf, or would i have to record dtmf as wavefiles then play them that way.

VoiceGuide can play DTMFs

 

In Play module, instead of specifying the sound file just specify the digits to be played and VG will then just play the DTMF tones.

 

eg: instead of the filename just specify:

 

123456

 

and then these DTMF tones will be played.
