Guest Tim Report post Posted 11/01/2005 04:10 PM I'm looking for a Modem and Software to use on my WinXP computer where I can have 1-4 different phone lines coming in. Then the software plays a quick message then proceeds to play a .Wav File depending on what line they called in on. After the .wav file they are disconnected. My ultimate goal it to allow clients to call in and listen to a high quality voice recording so they can see how good of quality the line is. The reason I'm doing this is I'm using 4 different types of VoIP hardware to produce the phone lines. I also need help deciding on what my options are for the modem. Do they make 4-Line Modems? Is there a 4-Port switch I can use to link into a Single Line Modem? I don't necessarily need all 4 lines to work at once. Thanks Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 11/01/2005 07:47 PM Get a Dialogic card. That's what you need to use to get good quality sound playback/recording. See: http://www.voiceguide.com/suppRecomHardware.htm Then download and install VoiceGuide. see: http://www.voiceguide.com/vgDownload.htm Share this post Link to post
