D/41JCT would only be needed if you will be doing "Dial and Conference", or would need to bridge (cross-connect) callers together on the system.

I understand the Professional license would be fine for what I want to do.

 

With a view to better understanding, could you just let me know what the options "subscripts" and "ActiveX server" mean in the Enterprise license.

"Subscripts" means that you can jump from one script to another midway though call.

 

"ActiveX server" means that VoiceGuide's COM interface functions can be called from other programs (or from within VoiceGuide's VBScripts)
