Call Center Using Vg Ivr & Dialer

Hi,

I am going to set up a basic call center for my company using VG IVR and then route my calls to agents with pop screen,Please recommend me a call center software to use with VG IVR & Dialer.

VoiceGuide can do the "Screen Pops" itself but it requires knowing which agent the call will be routed to - which usually requires some CTI integration with the switch.

 

Which PBX are you using? Does it have a TAPI interface for call monitoring/control?

We use Ericsson MD110 PBX,which supports CSTA & TAPI.

not only screen pop , I need a monitoring software which shows agents activity & control of my call center,I think I need a call center software for my requirments.Please introduce me a software in small range which can integrate with VG products.
