Guest Guest_Gulano Report post Posted 11/07/2005 01:33 PM Hi supportteam, We have a (old ) digital T1 card (DTI/142SC). In Surinam we don't have T1 lines. But some times things are different. The card supports T1, ISDN PRI lines. When I installed the VoiceGuide software I went to the configuration Wizard to select a device. In the window you can see the TAPI line devices that where found. There are 16 analog lines and 24 digital lines. See Attachement Question: 1) Does this mean that the digital card (DTI/142SC) also support E1 lines? Thank You. SupportTeam Report post Posted 11/07/2005 07:51 PM If a card has 24 digital lines then it's almost certainly a T1 card. I'm told that this card is probably too old to work with VoiceGuide. You can try using VG for Dialogic with it and see how you go... Share this post Link to post
