T1/e1 And Dti/142sc Card

Hi supportteam,

 

We have a (old ) digital T1 card (DTI/142SC). In Surinam we don't have T1 lines.

But some times things are different. The card supports T1, ISDN PRI lines.

When I installed the VoiceGuide software I went to the configuration Wizard to select a device. In the window you can see the TAPI line devices that where found. There are 16 analog lines and 24 digital lines.

Question:

 

1) Does this mean that the digital card (DTI/142SC) also support E1 lines?

If a card has 24 digital lines then it's almost certainly a T1 card.

 

I'm told that this card is probably too old to work with VoiceGuide.

 

You can try using VG for Dialogic with it and see how you go...
