I've noticed that if the system is shut down, then restarted, calling does not seem to resume with either the calls skipped during the down time or at the next call scheduled following resumption of the IVG service. Is this the way it's supposed to work? In the past, I had the opposite problem: where calling would resume from the queued calls loaded from a call list file, but when I update the database directly, this doesn't seem to happen.
