Problem With Hookflash Transfer

I'm use the Dialogic D/4PCI and LG-GHX46 PBX, I have set parameters as

describe on your site, but no transfer call, I'm using voiceguide for

dialogic, also I tried set parameters to 10, 15, 30, 50, for hookflash but

it doesn't affect. When i press transfer key, it blind and give me LsXfer_3 HungingUp

Which version of VoiceGuide are you using?

 

Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the transfer, this will allow us to see what happened.

 

When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call. You can enable the automatic saving of the logs to files in \log\ directory as well.

 

When posting traces please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments.

What hookflash length does the PBX expect?

Did you restart VG each time after making changes to Config.xml?
