2 Outages In 4 Hr Period?

Any ideas on controling this issue? It's few and far between that this product has failed in years of service. Suddenly I'm getting 2 in the AM alone :(

 

No change in PC, or in adding service packs to the OS. I know because there is a reminder to do so, and I have not.

 

This is a standalone workstation supporting 8 lines, in my server room. Nobody enters without me or the network admin who is out this day.

 

Any ideas that I can follow?

Which version of VG is used/?

Do you have any traces from the time when the problems occurred?

Which version of Windows is used?

When was the last time the server was restarted?
