Problem In Configuration Dialogic Card

Hi all,

I have a Dialogic D/600JCT- 2E1 PCI card, and I want to config the first E1 call to

the second. If I use R2 protocol, I can make the call as normal. But when I use ISDN, I can't make the call (as soon as making the call, the disconnect event occur). I have tried to make call to the ISDN PBX, it can do as normal.

 

Annyone who have any idea, please help me!

You'd really need to speak to both the Dialogic card supplier and the PBX supplier/manufacturer to see what settings on the PBX and the Dialogic card are required to make the two communicate.

 

Using an ISDN type link would be preferable to an R2 bit-signalling link.

Thank You for replying me. But I think may be my question is not clear.

I mean that I have a Dialogic D/600JCT 2E1 and I want to config ISDN protocol so that the first E1 work as User mode and the second work as Network mode.

I find in DM3, the CCS_PROTOCOL_MODE parameter in the .config file is the param that solve this problem. But in springware card, I don't know how to solve.

Please help me the procedure to config it.
