Hi,

 

I am wordering if the following 2 items are possible with this software.

 

1) Is there control over the audio file parameters (i.e. 16 bit, 8kHz, stereo ) ?

 

2) Is it possible to record the audio with the channels separated i.e uplink on LH stereo channel and downlink on the RH stereo channel ???.

Is there control over the audio file parameters (i.e. 16 bit, 8kHz, stereo ) ?

No. One pre-set record format is used. The record format used is more then sufficient to capture the sound on the line. Keep in mind that the frequency response on phone lines is quite low (3.5kHz to 4kHz max)
