Guest RR Report post Posted 11/15/2005 03:09 PM I own a catalogue food company and want to automate my process for receiving orders by phone. I carry around 500 products, each with product numbers. Using this system, could I automate the ordering process? Could a caller follow a similiar process: 1. Enter in a product number 2. Have a voice repeat the product name to the caller 3. Caller can confirm 4. Caller can order another product or proceed to check-out 5. Caller can pay via CC Could something like this happen with this program? RR Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 11/15/2005 09:47 PM VoiceGuide can do what you describe, and is used in a number of similar applications already. Please see our WWW from where you can download the fully working evaluation version of the software. The demonstrations supplied will get you running in a matter of minutes. We can provide the part which takes the CC number and does real-time charging with a merchant of your choice. (See: http://www.voiceguide.com/suppSampleScripts.htm) The part of script which takes caller through the product ordering phase and keeps track of what's ordered and the total is pretty easy to create, but if you'd like we can also assist with getting that portion of the script done - send and email to sales@voiceguide.com with a step by step description of what you would like for the caller to be able to do at each stage of the script.
