Running Multiple Scripts

Hi,

I am trying to run 2 different outbound scripts at the same time. I have tried setting the lines to run the different scripts (config wizard) and even opened 2 separate number loaders stating the different start scripts. Neither of these seem to work.

On outbound calls you can specify which script to use on a per-call basis - each time you load a new call to be made...

 

And for inbound calls each line can have it's own script assigned to it if that's what you want (see Config.xml or VG.INI file)

 

What method do you use to load the numbers to be dialed?
