Guest Jose Luis Perez Report post Posted 11/22/2005 07:34 PM I receive a incoming call and as a result of a query I must transfer the call through ISDN and a dialogic E1 card to an specific number. The problem is the ANI appears in the incoming port, is not being transfered to the outgoing leg. The ANI is just empty. Any solutions for this? It´s imperative for my application to have in the outgoing port the same ani as in the incoming port. My Vg dialer is 6.0.1047 5.2.3028 is the release of the voiceguide. I will appreciate your comments. 3915.97 46 Eval Expr result:[918296972] 203915.98 46 state [Ani_Query] DB Query 203915.98 46 db ODBC mode used 203915.98 46 rv replace start: [select * from ANI where ANI=$RV_CIDNUMBER] 203916.05 46 rv replace end: [select * from ANI where ANI=918290067] 203916.05 46 db About to execute a Retrieve type operation [select * from ANI where ANI=918290067] 203916.06 46 db [Ani_Query] row count=1 203916.50 46 LsXfer_1_Start : 9012(EV_TIMEOUT_READYTOBEGINTRANSFER),EV_TIMEOUT_READYTOBEGINTRANSFER,0,0,0,,, 203916.50 46 state [Acceso_Ani] Blind Dial and Connect to 918296973 203916.50 0 Search for free lines in LineID range [0-91] 203916.50 4 state dialing 918296973 (for conference with dtiB1T15) 203916.52 4 lineMakeCall(918296973,CONNECT_IMMEDIATELY) => 0 203916.52 46 conf TwoCalls_Bridge 46<=>4 (dtiB1T15<=>dtiB1T1) 203916.53 46 state [Acceso_Ani] bridged with dtiB1T1 203916.53 4 state [Acceso_Ani] outgoing leg, bridged with dtiB1T15 203916.77 4 state [Acceso_Ani] outgoing leg, bridged with dtiB1T15 Ringing... 203916.77 4 LsXfer_8_WaitEndCall : 2081(EV_UNKNOWN_2081),GCEV_ALERTING,2081,0,0,,, 203917.31 4 LsXfer_8_WaitEndCall : 2082(EV_UNKNOWN_2082),GCEV_CONNECTED,2082,0,0,,, 203917.33 46 LsXfer_8_WaitEndCall : 10256(EV_UNKNOWN_10256),CONNECTED,256,0,0,,, 203917.33 4 WorkingModes tapi= script= 203917.33 4 2nd leg of call recieved CONNECTED event Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 11/22/2005 09:08 PM Is the outgoing E1 line going to a Telco? If yes then have you spoken with the Telco to see what range of ANIs they will accept as valid on calls going out on this line? Share this post Link to post
Guest David Report post Posted 11/22/2005 09:58 PM Hi, This is something i was just about to post about as well. Were running VG in a pure, Tier1 carrier level - I know we can set outbound CLI/ANI as per the ISDN PRI specification and our carrier doesnt filter this. I can set the outbound ANI using ISDIAG - is there a function in VG to set the ANI prior to placing an outbound call? For call centre programs, this is imperative. Guest José Luis Pérez Report post Posted 11/22/2005 10:37 PM The outgoing let should contain the same ANI (or CLI) in the incoming leg. If the CLI is empty in the outgoing port, the ISDN PRI will not screened correctly the cli and the service will not work. It´s mandatory to force (for our application) the same cli incoming port on the outgoing port. Where (if possible) can I configure this? Share this post Link to post
Guest Jose Luis Perez Report post Posted 11/23/2005 07:19 PM Could anybody provide an update about this topic? Summary: - 1 european E1 isdn PRI connected to PTT - incoming calls from PTT with ANI are accepted and after some verifications calls are transfered to number1,number 2 or number 3 (to PTT through the same european ISDN E1). Since we have 30 channles we could have 15 incoming and 15 outgoing calls always with ISDN signalling. The problem is the transferred calls are being sent with an empty ANI(CLI) to PTT through VoiceGuide. I was checking with the VoiceGuide controls or the Dialogic config but I couldn´t get the ANI being transferred It´s mandatory for the application we use to transfer the CLI received from PTT. I would appreciate a lot your help in this. Share this post Link to post
