Yes, it will.

Which option you recommend me to start this project? 

It's best to use T1 or E1 ISDN lines. On ISDN lines you'll get immediate notification when calls end - something that is important if doing a time-charged service.

Also on ISDN lines you can have multiple services arrive on the same line and yo can use DNIS information (Dialed Number Identification Service) to find out which number the caller dialed so that you can run the appropriate script.
