Outbound Call - Timout

Hi Again.

 

I have a requirement whereby i need to dial a number, and if not answered in x seconds ( or x seconds from dialout ) then i drops the call and move onto the next module.

 

Ive looked at the transfer message to phone option, and the COM object Dialler_MakeCall but i cant see anywhere to achieve this. The dialer does have a timeout, but i need to use the IVR scripting control.

 

any suggestions?

Just use a 'Timeout' path in the "Transfer Call" module, and use the "Monitored" or "Announced" transfer. The timeout value will be the time VG waits for call to be answered.
