Guest david Report post Posted 11/30/2005 09:29 AM Hi there, I have a question. We want to have 8 ports in total 2 ports for script A 2 ports for script B 4 ports for script C We also want to be able to transfer calls in teh script We have a telephone central Panasonic. My question is now how can I implement this. What version of voiceguide do I need to buy? What card do I need to buy? We use ISDN for instance, but would this work with an nalogue card that gets the lines tied into the telephone central. Is it easily expandable? Can we expand on this if we want more lines in the future and can we do this easily?\ Kind regards, David Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 11/30/2005 09:45 AM If you want 8 ports then you'll need to buy an 8 line license. The Dialogic card depends on how you want to transfer calls - for hookflash transfers just get the D/4PCI, but for "Dial and Conference" transfers you’ll need to get the D/41JCT cards (and Dialer add-on). Both D/4PCI and D/41JCT are analog cards. See here for a description of which VoiceGuide version does what: http://www.voiceguide.com/vgFeatures.htm To expand in future just buy more cards and licenses... Share this post Link to post
Guest David Report post Posted 11/30/2005 11:07 AM thanx so are the different scripts supported per port on these analogue cards? To state my question better does it support the scripts per port with an anaolgue card? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 11/30/2005 09:51 PM Yes - you can specify a different script to run on each port. Have you downloaded the trial version yet? Specifying what script to use on what line is one of the first things you do when configuring the software... Share this post Link to post
