Guest Genral X Report post Posted 06/16/2003 09:16 PM I am runnibg VG with Win 2000 and it can answer the first call perfectely but does not answer anymore after. I have tried with 2 modems #1 - my onboard modem HSP56 MR, #2 - PCI modem AOpen FM56-P 56K and does the same thing. Please help ! ) Thanx Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/17/2003 03:46 AM Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what is going wrong. (When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/19/2003 11:07 PM Looks like on the second call this modem does not even report that it is detecting an incoming RING - the only course of action that I can suggest is to try downloading the modem's latest drivers from the manufacturer and reinstalling your modem. If that does not work then I would suggest trying to use the modem(s) on a different PC... Share this post Link to post
