Dialogic D/41epci 4 Port Analog

D/41 EPCI 4 port analog card. When bridging two callers we receive a high pitch tone. The callers can hear each other over the tone.

Sounds like the card is faulty - I'd suggest returning it to the Dialogic/Intel distributor for repair.
