Installing Vg For Dialogic T1

When installing Voiceguide for Dialogic I am prompted with 3 options. The second option is used when you have a Dialogic T1 card installed while the 3rd option is for TAPI. The voiceguide for dialogic patch mentions that I have to install the 3rd option "TAPI" then apply the patch. For T1 installations do I go with the 2nd option "Dialogic T1" or the 3rd option "TAPI" .

The 3rd option. That basically installs the 8kHz sound files which the VG for Dialogic uses. That's pretty much the only reason why you should be selecting this option as the actual .EXEs etc are provided in the patch.
