Recording Length

Hi.

 

Could some-one please shed some light on the recording length result variable - $RV[ModuleTitle_RecLen100ms]

 

I have a script that asks a caller to leave their name and number - most people chose not to. I need to 'run at script end' script to check that a message has been left and I was going to check that the recorded message was longer than 5 seconds and if so, forward the message to a call centre.

 

however, whatever i try from the endcall script i just cant get it to work! Has anyone used this before and if so, could they post any usefull code?

The name of the RV you quote is correct. That RV will hold record length in 100ms units.

Which version of VoiceGuide are you using?

 

Please post a script which demonstrates the problem which you are experiencing along with the trace capturing the call.
