Could some-one please shed some light on the recording length result variable - $RV[ModuleTitle_RecLen100ms] I have a script that asks a caller to leave their name and number - most people chose not to. I need to 'run at script end' script to check that a message has been left and I was going to check that the recorded message was longer than 5 seconds and if so, forward the message to a call centre. however, whatever i try from the endcall script i just cant get it to work! SupportTeam Report post Posted 12/07/2005 09:22 PM The name of the RV you quote is correct. That RV will hold record length in 100ms units. Which version of VoiceGuide are you using?
