Caller Id

Hello,

 

I have a VFX/40ESC Plus card, and caller id facility available on Channel inserted lines. But still i am not able to get caller number.

 

I had tested this function by the Dialogic Example for Caller Id:

SAMPLES\VOICE\SAMPLE.EXE (using the Dialogic API)

 

It gives me message as -

Call Received, No Caller Id

 

The CallerID had recieved ok (beetween the first & the second ring) by a software with a normal modem.

 

The line is connect from ULC-AN (Access Network) device, it is configured "FSK", but I'm not sure that is "FSK Bellcore 1200 standard".

 

I don't know what have to do to get the caller id by the card,

You should contact your local Dialogic reseller to find out what cards will receive the CallerID correctly in your area.
