casazza Report post Posted 12/13/2005 09:24 PM I installed the Dialogic patch from the web site so I can determine the distinctive ring, however when a call comes in the script does not play and hangs up immediately after picking up the call. Talker32 worked fine. I decided to remove the Dialogic wave drivers and reinstalled VoiceGuide. Now I have a problem that the trial has expired : Runtime 429. Is there a way around this? I cannot see spending money on the product if I can not get this to work. Is there a way I can continue to test the product? Thanks, Jim Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 12/13/2005 10:16 PM I decided to remove the Dialogic wave drivers and reinstalled VoiceGuide. And did you then install the Dialogic patch again? Error 429 happens because you have a mismatch between the VgMulti.exe and ktTelControl.ocx or TapiWrap.ocx There is no expiry time with VG - you just need to restart it every hour when in evaluation mode. casazza Report post Posted 12/15/2005 06:23 PM I re-installed Voice Guide and the Dialogic patch, but I am getting the same result with no sound. VG answers, displays that it is playing the PayGetId.wav file. I hear nothing on the phone, and shortly thereafter it drops the call. VG displays Hanging up call No data entered. Am I missing something? I had this working before adding the patch, but I wanted to use the distinctive ring feature. I have the Dialogic D/4 PCI card installed riunning SR5.1.1 with SP1. Thanks for your help. Jim Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 12/16/2005 12:24 AM Which version of VG are you using? Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what happened. When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call. You can enable the automatic saving of the logs to files in \log\ directory as well. When posting traces please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments. Share this post Link to post
